FAQs

I've tested this Payment Gateway and I can't see Apple Pay mentioned at all - why is that?

You will only see the Apple Pay prompt if you have Apple Pay set up on your Apple device, and you are using Safari as your browser. The Apple Pay prompt will not appear if you are using Chrome or another browser - it will only appear when using Apple's own browser. Apple Pay will then be visible on the Checkout Flow:

Why can't I see the Apple Logo on the Order Summary page of the Checkout Flow?

This is because even though your shop accepts Apple Pay payments, this is facilitated by the Stripe Payment Gateway. If you wished to highlight Apple Pay to your customers, you would need to add this to the content of your Obodo shop manually, in the form of a Design Image or a within a Webpage.
