[intro] When you have completed this Guide, you will have customised and configured the different colour elements on the Theme you’ve applied to your Obodo shop. [/intro]
If you have a brand new Obodo shop and you have uploaded your logo, it’s essential that your Theme’s colour scheme matches that of your logo and your brand aesthetic. If you’re not sure how to find out the hex codes for the different colours you’d like to use, this Guide will show you how to find out.
1. From the Dashboard, click the Design tab:
2. Then you need to click the Edit button to the far left next to the ‘Theme’ image, and select Change Colours from the drop-down menu:
3. You’ll then see two headers. Click each of these to expand them:
4. This will reveal each of the elements where you can amend the colours to match your branding, using the Colour Picker Tool:
[tips] Whilst you are changing the colours of your Theme, it’s a good idea to view the Shop page of your Obodo shop in a separate browser tab so that you can check that the elements compliment each other. [/tips]

However, if you already have a pre-determined colour scheme, you can paste your hex codes into the field provided to select the correct colours too:
5. When you have finished editing the colours, scroll to the very bottom of the page and click the green Save button on the right-hand side:
